A combination of tabs.
All credit must go to Hannes_666, Thomas P. Herold 
and Jaysin Cimetta. The only thing I did was to tab the 
piano intro with the correct timings and dynamics, 
based on the album version of the song.

Guitars & Bass tuned to dropped D

 I tuned the bass to D instead of making it 5-string, 
because I am not sure what Middleton played in the 
Gutter Ballet era. The only thing that is sure is, that he 
uses a pick to play. However if you learn the notes you 
can play the track with both 4 or 5 string.
 Also, I changed the dynamics in the bass drums (36) 
in the bridges in order not to be sound too loud and 
added the chorus/reverb effect.
 Corrected some piano and guitar tracks and added 
left hand based on the piano tab from the official 
Savatage site.
 Lastly, I added the chords. (All the chords are 
included in the RH Piano.)
 And now it should be perfect, but feel free to correct it 
if you find any mistakes, but please if you find only real 
mistakes.
