    This song is much trickier than what first meets the 
eye. First, it was difficult to figure out the tuning. 95% of 
Steel Panther is in Eb or Eb with a dropped C#. There 
are different ideas of the tunings for this particular song 
depending where you look on the internet but after lots 
of looking at this I can categorically affirm that it is in 
standard tuning
Watch for a 2/4 time plugged in for one bar twice in 
the song. 

No solo  -the first verion of text tab did a pretty good 
job on the solos.

Clean guitar part-

One thing to watch on the clean guitar is that the 
patterns are not repeated nice and evenly every two 
bars. 
Watch closely what happens to the notes in this 
regard. It WILL throw you off at first.

Distorted rhythm guitar part-

I did the part where they sing "Neither the boys, nor I 
could see the tears." differently all three times 
because that was the only part that I just could not 
figure out what was going on in the mix. It's just buried
in too deep.
Also, the "B" chord in the second bar of the choruses 
was played on the 揈 string 7th fret after the solo to 
show a different way of playing it (as opposed to the 
"A" string second fret earlier in the song). I do know 
he plays it this way (7th fret) "unplugged" on Live:
