I have transcribed almost all of the album, a few parts 
(mostly some solos) are missing, as detailed in the 
notes below.
For most of the album the main rhythm guitar is 
doubled.  Exceptions are noted within the tablature.

*  pull off to these notes, can't be transcribed like that 
otherwise the previous bend / release won't be right.

End of the Beginning - from bar 74, key is ambiguous 
between B major and minor, first chord is B major, but 
the soloing uses B minor pentatonic.
At bar 82, solo over previous (outro) part x6, then play 
outro part x2 w/ lead guitar & vocals, play again x4, 
last time take ending at bar 83.

Loner - at bar 189, repeat Main Riff x1, Verse.  Chorus 
is Em, G, D, Em progression (x2), then continue from 
bar 190.  After Riff C, solo over Riff B x2, repeat Main 
Riff x1, (? Verse, Chorus (play progression x4), finish 
by soloing over Main Riff x4.

Zeitgeist - This song is actually a bit 'out of tune'!  i.e. 
it's tuned up a little bit from a half step down, about 20 
cents.
Verse, play main figure x4.
Chorus is [Am7, Em7] x3, Am7, finish with descending 
part, something like :

Age of Reason - at bar 298, continue solo section for 
another 8 bars, resume with outro at bar 299.

Damaged Soul - This song is also a bit 'out of tune', 
about 20 cents sharp.
At bar 415, solo for 8 bars, and at bar 422 solo for 8 
bars, both at the slow tempo.  At bar 439, solo for 32 
bars (faster tempo).
