Try fingerstyle arpeggio practice. Simple chords in open positions. This is one I use to practice fingerstyle speed. Using p (thumb), i (index finger), m (middle finger) and a (annular finger) pattern = p-i-m-a-m-i-p-i-m-a-m-i for each measure. The speed increases as the song progresses. Starts off steady, then speeds up. Listen to the drum changes as your cue to speed up. (blackiel a.k.a. Peter Lynch)
