The tap in right hand tapping is  just a hammer-on with 
a right hand finger, usually the 1st or 2nd. After tapping 
a note, the next step is to do a pull-off to another lower 
note.

Instructions for first bar:
Put your index finger of the left hand in 12.
Put yourindex finger of the right hand in 17
Put your ring finger of the left hand in 15
                            then
Hit pull-off in 17 fret, after, hammer-on in 15 fret, and 
leave still you iyour index finger of the left hand in 12.
Doit once again.
