*  for the first guitar part this is what I hear:  these notes 
at 12 0 12 0 etc on the right, with an echo / delay 
effect on the left.  For the intro live I can see that 
Mikael plays the ending part up at 17th, 16th frets, but 
when the lower riff kicks in he stays at the same 
position throughout.  I'm not totally sure if the delay 
effect continues then or if he's playing a slightly 
different part; for instance you could play just the 
higher note in a 'gallop' rhythm, one eighth + two 
sixteenths
12  121212  1212 etc  to give something like the 
overall effect of the part.

+  this fast phrase in the solo is probably not 100% 
correct, but it's the closest I can get it - it follows the 
positioning you can see him playing it with, moving 
down to around the 5th fret, then climbing up the e 
string in the 2nd bar.  If anyone has it more accurately, 
let me know!
