(re-recorded in 1988 to commemorate the 20th 
anniversary of the band!!!). 

''Hush'' is actually a cover song (written by the 
American composer Joe South and recorded by Billy 
Joe Royal in 1967...). This song was a huge hit for 
Deep Purple in 1968... It peaked the North American 
charts for several weeks... Wow!!!

Deep Purple re-recorded ''Hush'' in 1988 to 
commemorate the 20th anniversary of the band... This 
version can be heard on the live album ''Nobody's 
Perfect'' as a bonus studio track...

This tab is for the most part faithfull to the 1988 
version... I made some modifications to the song 
structure and lead guitar parts... I brought back some 
of the lead guitar parts of the original 1968 version... 
They sound so cool... 

Instead of tabbing Ritchie Blackmore's weird and self-
indulgent guitar solo, I decided to build my own guitar 
solo... I think it sounds cool...
