This tab gives you a hint on the tricks the greatest drummers are using to show off. Once you'll get used to these patterns, you'll easily recognize them in many drum solos or great fills. The Secret of it: Integrate in your fills the bass drum. Vary also the time division (triplets then 16ths, then triplets for example) and mix SD/BD to create great fills. To work on this, try to keep your foot on the HH pedal, playing every time during the fill. Especially if you re switching from triplets to 16 ths, or any other variation. Work with a click in your hears. Keep in mind that only two things matter when you play the drums: TEMPO AND SOUND. To make it sound right, be sure that your bass drum sounds as loud and as accurate as your SD.
