"Rasqueado" is a picking hand technique for fast 
percussive chords strums, you need to flick all four of 
your pickinh hand fingers out from your palm like a fan 
opening, striking the strings with nails.

"Ponticello" means that you play near the bridge of the 
guitar for a brassy sound.

arrangement is in A, if you want to  play along with 
orchestra, put a capo on first fret, and play one fret 
higher.
