Ok, here is the tab to Everyway is North. The second 
"harmonic slapping" part could not be precisely tabbed 
out, but heres what you need to know to play it. The 
open strings DGB are were you slap the harmonics, 
first two "slaps" of the measure are at the 12th fret, 
next two the 7th and last the 5th. And the dead notes 
on the high E string during that part are actually 
undefined because they are random and are slapped 
on the upbeat with the ring finger, as the harmonics 
are slapped with pointer finger.
