If you wish to play in standard tuning the progession is:
A#m, B, F#.
Just lettin you know cuz im always in standard and it 
was quite difficult to learn the song at first. But then i 
realized duh...its half down so the notes can be easily 
accessible as open strings.
Not sure if BPM is 100% but it seemed close enough 
for me.
*BTW*  At the end, just slow down and fade out with 
those last notes. Thanks for lookin!
