Someone asked about playing this on guitar, so I 
started to do a tab for it.  Unfortunately it's not possible 
to play it all on guitar, but I've arranged it so at least 
some melody lines can be played.  And of course the 
tab can be used to play it on piano.

With a standard 7 string guitar tuning I can transcribe 
all the low notes except the really low A in bar 5.  Even 
allowing for 30 frets it's not possible to transcribe all 
the high notes; in bar 31 I have put the notes marked 
with x's as artificial harmonics purely to get the correct 
pitches to sound.

It's split into two voices, obviously with most of it, the 
melody notes, in the lead voice and the bass notes in 
the bass voice, but in section |C| all of the low chordal 
part is in the bass voice - if you select that voice you 
will see the 'let ring' indications.
