Los orfebres is the tenth album of Pez, group of Argentine rock. It was recorded on days 28 and August 29, 2007 in the Studies ION by Mauro Taranto and mixed with the assistance of Rosamel Rivas Gómez, César Chechen Marcos and Camila Huguet. The mastering was in charge of Mario Breuer. Art design belongs to Alexander Leonelli and photographs to Florence Rodriguez Leucha and Constanza Coti Niscóvolos.
In the song list confirmada1 a song from the time of the 1998 self-titled album is highlighted: "There is what you get" (which served as the title for the documentary about the group, 2003). These issues show to fish away from the folk aspect shown in his previous album, Today (2006) and closer to the idea shown in Folklore (2004): much more distortion and less sutileza.2 Initially the album was to be titled Angle, but in September it was announced that the title would goldsmiths.
