The words 'remarkable' and 'marvelous' are some of the words that I often use to describe a result like this. These are two adjectives amongst many other that give the full picture of Steel the Light and I am not exaggerating at all. Every time I hear this album I like it even more. I would not say it is underestimated because it is not even known and it is coming from a band who no one ever noticed. Nine fabulous songs and 37 minutes which end before you even realize it. Although in it's days this album took very positive reviews it didn't sell much and it was ignored.

It is an album which I believe bridges perfectly the 'heavy' bands of 70s with the heavy metal ones of the 80s. Fantastic and wide ranged vocals from Jonathan K. and blistering riffs from Floyd Rose and Rick Pierce throughout the album. I find it extremely difficult to distinguish good songs from bad ones because none falls short. However, if I was to recommend a few I would distinguish the opening-hurricane track ''Missing in Action'' which sets the bar and the expectations of the listener from the first moment very high, ''Lonely Lady'' an epic anthem with a catchy riff and a tremendous guitar solo and ''Steel the Light'' with the slow tempo which drives you to a rhythmic and enjoyable headbang. A ballad could not be missing from my choices and the melodic ''Come and Gone'' manages to keep the flow and style untouched and coherent. Simply magnificent.

In simple words, one of those albums you would wish to have with you if you were deserted on an island.
