The CD factory refused to print the artwork and lyrics for this release because they were apparently "too shocking". Karmageddon Media (formerly Hammerheart Records) soon found a new CD factory to print the artwork and lyrics, so the release was not delayed for too long.

Reissued by Firebox Records in 2009 with revamped cover artwork and layout including the bonus tracks from the split with Sotajumala:
