James Devlin (born 1989), better known by his surname, Devlin is a Grime MC from Dagenham, England and is a part of the O.T Crew alongside Dogzilla, Deeperman and Syer Bars. Devlin was born in Dagenham, Greater London and is currently 21 years old.
