The accompanying soundtrack to the TV movie of the same title, Take Me Home: The John Denver Story has a track listing that reads like a pretty good single-disc compilation, but beware: half of the disc's 16 songs are remakes, not the original versions of Denver's best-known songs. They aren't bad remakes by any means; fans who enjoy the movie may well want this as a keepsake for their collections, but consumers should be aware of exactly what they're getting.
