It may seem like an odd move, but California melodic hardcore legends Bad Religion are ready to help you ring in the holiday season with a new LP titled Christmas Songs. The yuletide offering arrives October 29 through Epitaph Records.
A press release notes that the band have been planning something along these lines for years and recently laid down eight punkified Christmas classics. Among them, Bad Religions "White Christmas" apparently takes influence from the Ramones as much as it does Irving Berlin, while a "glorious choirboy intro" has been tossed in front of "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing."
No doubt, the bands "oozin aahs" run full force on the rest of the disc, which in addition to the full-blown Christmas cuts, features a remixed version of their Recipe for Hate single "American Jesus." Youll find the details down below.
