Manteca's 2003 release Flamenco Master is a collection of highlights from Paco Peña's recordings for Nimbus records from the late '80s and early '90s. These were some of the albums that brought him a larger international audience, and this is a well-selected, well-annotated compilation that functions as a good introduction to his work.
